Over the past 25 years, three major values not only describe what I do, but who I am. My first
value and priority for ministry is that Jesus Christ as revealed in his Word and experienced in my
life, is the reference point for my work, relationships, and my inner life. He is the authority for
changing, directing, and empowering me.

Len Jones, Director of Worship, Music & the Arts
Native of Tucson, AZ, I graduated from the University of
Arizona (undergrad B.S. MIS) and completed graduate work (M.A.
Worship) at Hope International University in Fullerton, CA.
Others have described him as “… humble, funny, loving,
creative, gifted, irritating, eclectic, committed, devoted,
kind, accepting, relational, a shepherd, a visionary, a
servant-leader, a prophet, a person of character and integrity.”
